Staff Exchange

Aimee is an artist and producer from Liverpool and the Curator of Learning at Liverpool Biennial. Prior to the Biennial she was Children and Young People's Producer at Heart of Glass, St Helens and also worked at FACT Liverpool as Learning Coordinator. She completed her MA in Fine Art at Liverpool John Moores University. She has produced projects working with people from different communities including children and young people, older adults, womxn and people within the criminal justice system.

Kristīne Ercika has studied Cultural management at Latvian Culture College and continued her studies in art history at Art Academy of Latvia. She has worked in multiple art organizations in Latvia and abroad like Kim? Contemporary art’s centre - where her interest for art education started while working with different audiences from kids and seniors to art professionals and people with disabilities, as well as Latvian National Museum of art, RIBOCA2 and European Cultural centre’s organized Venice architecture biennial. Kristīne has also volunteered for multiple art festival Survival Kit editions assisting to artists and with visitors.

Gregor Dražil is an art historian, employed as a curator at the International Centre of Graphic Arts (MGLC) in Ljubljana. During his time at MGLC, he has contributed articles and other texts on topics relating to the history of Slovenian modern art and art system, edited various publications, and co-authored a few exhibitions. He is currently working on his PhD thesis titled Significance and Characteristics of the Ljubljana Biennial of Graphic Arts in the 1960's and 1970's. Since the 2019/2020 academic year Dražil has been co-leading a course for students of Art History at the University of Ljubljana.

Christa Mako Teigen originally from the Los Angeles area, Christa studied sculpture and design before earning an MA in Language & Linguistics at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. Since moving to Bergen in 2019 she has joined the arts and media initiative VUMA projects, and joined the board of art and design space KIOSKEN. She joined the communications team of Bergen Assembly as a volunteer for the previous edition and has been the communications coordinator for the team since 2020.

Samira Ghoualmia is a writer, visual artist, and art mediator who focuses her work on questions of identity and post-coloniality, anti-racist art mediation and art history. Her points of interest and field of research are art mediation and education program/exchange, discourse program and publications, relation between the discourse program and the impact for the education program and how is the curational concept translated into the mediation program.
